Hi there! I'm Britt, a passionate Content Creator, Social Media Manager, and dedicated Entrepreneur. My journey in content creation began in 2015, and it's been an incredible (and completely wild) ride. In 2021, I fully embraced my entrepreneurial spirit and an ambition that just wouldn’t stay silent, and went full-time into my business. Since then I've had the privilege of working with an Instagram growth agency, crafting content for industry thought leaders, from 6 to 8-figure earners; while growing my own client base on the side. Now, in 2023, I’ve stepped out completely on my own, and I’m growing my content and social media agency.

I'm a firm believer in the power of authentic content. For me, it's all about understanding your 'why', truly connecting with your audience, and making a genuine impact. I value creativity and brand voice over vanity metrics, always emphasizing that genuine engagement is worth more than any number. The joy of my work? Policies:

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of content creation and social media management, refunds are generally not provided once services have commenced. We believe in open communication and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. Should you have any concerns, please reach out to discuss options for revisions or adjustments to meet your needs.

Exchange Policy

As a service-based business, we do not offer exchanges. However, we are happy to work with you to make reasonable adjustments to deliverables within the scope of our contract to ensure they align with your vision and objectives.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. If you wish to cancel services, please provide at least 30 days written notice. This allows us to conclude any ongoing work and make a smooth transition. The following applies to cancellations:

Monthly Retainer Clients: If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, the full monthly fee will be charged.
Long-Term Contracts: For contracts longer than three months, a cancellation fee equal to one month of service will apply if cancelled before the end of the agreed contract term.

Revisions and Adjustments

For content deliverables, we offer up to 3 rounds of revisions per piece to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final product. Additional revisions outside of this scope may incur an extra charge.
